MORE ABOUT
Executive & Leadership
Coaching
We meet with our prospective clients at no charge initially. At the completion of this
meeting, you'll have
an idea if we're a good fit for you. Once you decide that you're
happy to continue, we ask that you commit to a minimum of six sessions which can be taken
at intervals that suit you.
Whilst our Executive
Coaching program has some structure, we also encourage our clients
to set the agenda for each sessions. Whether you're interested in developing your leadership
skills, creating more life balance, building confidence
so that you
can excel in a new role, enhancing your ability to think creatively
or managing your team more effectively, we'll work with you to
achieve your objectives.
We don't try to separate you the person
from you the executive - our aim is to integrate your personal needs
and the needs of the organisation so that you not only perform
better at work but you feel that you still have a life outside of
the workplace. In a supportive and confidential environment, you'll
have the opportunity to debrief about any challenges you're facing
and to clarify your most important personal and professional
objectives.
'I came to see Kate with the aim of achieving a goal by the end
of a six month period. While I had a specific goal I wanted to
achieve and a relatively clear idea about what I needed to do to
achieve those goals, I wasn't sure whether I was on the right track
having never done anything like it before. That's where Kate was
invaluable. For example, she acted as a 'mirror' for my actions.
From Kate's honest, articulate and insightful observations and
feedback about actions I had taken or planned to take towards my
goal, I was able to carry out those actions more effectively and
tailor future actions appropriately. The result speaks for itself.
Its been six months since I started seeing Kate and I have achieved
the promotion I wanted.' KT, Senior Associate, Melbourne
'What is coaching really about and what can it do for me?
This was the question I asked myself before my first coaching
session. I was in the middle of a tough time. I had just given up my
half of a family business and I was trying to figure out what to do
with the rest of my life. With Anne as my coach not only did I
figure out what I wanted to do in the future, but I came to grips
with what I saw as a failure was in fact was a step in another
direction. Only four months into coaching, I have found a wonderful
executive position in an international company as assistant
director. But in my case, the most important outcome from my
sessions with Anne, is that I can enjoy the good things that are
happening in my life. I now know that I can do a wonderful job,
whether it be professional or personal, and that the only limits I
have are the ones I impose on myself.' MM, Spain
'Michelle is such a genuine person and helped me
tremendously in building not only my professional skills but also in
improving my overall self-confidence. She has a wonderful ability to
put herself in your shoes and develop that level of trust and
support which are so important in a coaching relationship.'
