Our meditation classes are designed to make meditation
accessible to everyone. We teach you a range of simple meditation
techniques that you can practise anywhere and easily integrate into
your busy life.

RECENT RESEARCH FINDINGS ABOUT MEDITATION
Recent studies have confirmed what many have long believed about
meditation - that it not only improves activity in the left
prefrontal cortex of the brain (the area associated with happiness,
joy and enthusiasm) and calms feelings of anger and fear, but that
it also has a positive impact on our health.
