MEDITATION CLASSES IN MELBOURNE
Our meditation classes are designed to make meditation accessible to everyone.
We teach you a range of simple meditation techniques that you can practise
anywhere and easily integrate into your busy life.
We won’t make you sit in funny postures or change your beliefs in any way…we
will simply show you how to experience a deep sense of physical relaxation and a
calmer state of mind.
Meditation will help you:
- experience an overall sense of
tranquility
- sleep better
- improve your self awareness
- cope with physical or emotional pain
- develop your creativity
- reduce feelings of anxiety
- improve your relationships
- experience a sense of connection and meaning in life
Classes are approximately one hour
in duration and include instruction in meditation techniques, time to meditate
and discussion about ways to increase happiness and wellbeing. Participants are
provided with handouts and each session includes time for individual support
where required. Group programs are suitable for beginners or as a refresher
course for those who have some meditation experience. Classes are conducted
sitting on comfortable chairs. Groups limited to 10 people.
Choose from individual tuition or small group classes held in various locations
in bayside Melbourne. We also offer a corporate meditation class which is held
at your business premises during office hours.
'MEDITATION - A PATHWAY TO CALM'
Join Kate James for this five week class where you will learn to slow your racing thoughts and develop a greater sense of calm and
control. Classes include instruction in meditation techniques, time to meditate
and discussion about ways to increase happiness and wellbeing. Suitable for
beginners or as a refresher course for those who have some meditation
experience. Limited to 10 participants.
Where: Brighton Grammar School
Cost: $125 (or $120 per person when you enrol with a friend)
When: Mondays, 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Next group commences: 13 October 2008 (no class 3 November due to Cup
Day)

Our individual classes provide time for instruction as well as practising
meditation. Book a one hour session to learn the simple art of
meditation.

When: During business hours Monday to Friday or after hours Tuesdays
and Thursdays
What to bring: Just yourself. We provide the beautiful, peaceful
environment, soothing music, herbal tea and blankets.
Cost: $99 for one person, $25 for each additional person. Maximum four
participants.
