designed to take you into a deep state of relaxation where your mind

Kate's voice will relax and transport you away from the pressures of

Using everyday language and visual imagery, the meditations are
backed with soothing music to help you relax more deeply.
You may find that your mind wanders
during your meditation - this is perfectly natural. You don't need
to listen to every word or remain fully focused on the visualisation
for it to be effective.
Even if you fall asleep while listening (which many people do) your
sub conscience will connect with the messages to help you remain
calmer, more focused and more confident in your everyday life.

All guided meditations are suitable for beginners and are an
excellent introduction to meditation.
